How long is the appointment?
Your first session runs 75 to 90 minutes. That includes the skin assessment, your treatment on the day, and walking through your personalised plan. We don't rush it.
What treatment will I get on the day?
It depends on your skin. Most first sessions include a hydrofacial, laser genesis, or an enzyme treatment. Krystal assesses your skin on the day and chooses what's going to give you the best result.
Where are you located?
We're based in the Northern Rivers region, between Byron Bay and Lismore. Clients travel from across the region to see us, including from Grafton and surrounding areas.
Do I need to commit to a program?
No. The $299 session is standalone. If you decide you want to continue with a tailored treatment program after your session, we'll discuss that with you. But there's no pressure and no hard sell.
